How it works
We’re sure that you’d love your myStandDesk as much as we do.
If you do decide that you don’t like it, you can return your purchase and get a full refund.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
- You’d have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us [$50 for desks and risers, $20 for accessories].
- The return has to be made within 30 days of your delivery.
- Items that are customised cannot be returned.
- myStandDesk reserves the right to reject the return, or deduct the refund value, should parts be missing, or be in condition different from what was shipped.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase. We will then provide you with the return shipping instructions.
Upon receipt of your returned items, we’d verify that the return meets our conditions, then refund your purchase value to your payment method.
