Our product designs are guided by two, seemingly at odds, goals:
1) To create ergonomic products of the highest quality and product experience while;
2) Lowering the producing the goods for consumer
It led to a re-examination of how current ergonomic products are created.
We studied the best products out there to understand what are the features, materials, and manufacturing processes used to create a great product experience.
We then examined the entire manufacturing processes to identify what can be eliminated, simplified, or replaced without compromising the product experience.
Over engineered parts (which becomes points of failures) were simplified, manufacturing processes made more efficient, and materials sourcing improved.
The result are products that with uncompromising durability, features, and quality, while having its cost reduced.
